Earning the Trust of Families Since 1965

Vienna Village Retirement Community was founded in 1965 by Lelia Lowe and her two sisters.  Her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Ann Lowe, are still the owners and on-site operators.  They are joined by Chris Parker, their son-in-law, as Director of Human Resources and Heather Parker, their daughter, as Office Manager.
